Client endorsement is theprimary focus at Syscon, and John Lok (at far left in photo) and his Client Support Team are a vital part of Syscon’s commitment to client satisfaction. We pride ourselves on the quality of the user experience with our solutions. But when something is amiss, the Client Support team is there to ensure that service is maintained and the problem is resolved as swiftly as possible. Since implementing a Customer Satisfaction survey system last year, Syscon’s rating are at 4.85 from a maximum score of 5.0
Syscon also operates an interactive online User Group forum site to enable clients to talk amongst themselves and to assist them in becoming true partners in the future development of Syscon solutions.
