Mark is responsible for defining the direction and vision for Syscon, and for integrating every aspect of the business toward efficiently and effectively delivering solutions that meet client needs and support long-term partnerships. Mark`s career spans over 30 years working with Public Sector clients and brings sales, marketing, development and delivery expertise with Enterprise Software, Technology, and Outsourcing. He has lead multi-$100M transformation projects, run large development and support centres and held various senior executive and management roles with IBM Oracle, Accenture, and HP.
Kevin Cathro has over 27 years of experience as a certified management consultant. He is a proven leader and has a track record of consistently over achieving on his business objectives. Kevin has held senior positions, responsible for over seeing consulting services with Peoplesoft, Oracle, and PwC. Kevin will be responsible for adding to the successful history Syscon has of delivering large complex projects to some of the world's largest Correctional Systems. His experience and passion in the consulting service industry are a welcome addition to the Syscon Services team.
Calvin has been in Account Management for 30 years. He prioritizes customer satisfaction and ensuring clients have a successful project delivery. At Syscon, his focus is to deliver value to our customers through our products and services and create strong collaborative relationships with all clients. His extensive career in the enterprise software application space has seen him working with public sector, higher education, oil and gas, government, utilities, and transportation industries. He has held senior sales and account management roles at HP, Oracle, PeopleSoft, SAP, Digital Equipment and Xerox. Calvin holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Simon Fraser University.
Eugene brings to Syscon over 25 years of experience in various finance and accounting roles in various roles at the C-suite level. In his role as the Director of Finance for Syscon, Eugene looks forward to providing leadership for multi-disciplinary teams to bring about change in the Company’s evolving environment. To this end, Eugene will leverage his previous experience as a member of an executive team that turned a publicly traded technology company around; taking it from consecutive annual losses to successive years of multi-million dollar profits. Eugene has earned the CPA, CMA designation and is a member of the Chartered Professional Accountants of British Columbia. He also holds a Masters of Business Administration degree from Simon Fraser University.
